The quality of the hat is really nice. It is sturdy and not cheap material. The graphic is okay, but it's a little basic. It looks like someone printed a cheap graphic and ironed it on quickly. That is the reason I took one star off. But the graphic is not peeling off at this point. That is my concern. I paid $9.99 a piece for these and for that money, it was a great purchase. I see the price is now higher at $13.99. I'm not sure it is worth that much. If it drops back down to $9.99, I'd buy more. I always get nervous when I know something is being shipped directly from China. I've had China companies try to fraudulently charge things or just never send the items. I am happy to say that neither happened. I received the 5 hats I ordered in the month long time frame that they set when I ordered them.I wish that the area for text was larger so that the text could be larger & more visible. A couple of the letters were kind of warped looking.I totally dislike the embroidery type on the cap (screen print). Non thread sewing.I bought this because it was customizable and got a picture of my grandson put on it to wear to the baseball games. It's perfect!!
